Due to requirements set by FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority), payouts may in the future only be made to accounts held in the participant’s name. This ensures that your cashback actually reaches you and not a third party. For this reason, we have updated the rules for payouts in section “4. Payout of Credits.”

An Overview of the Changes

• You must reconfirm that the specified bank or PayPal account belongs to the user of the Rabattcorner account.
• Payments to foreign bank accounts are not possible.
• PayPal Limit: Withdrawals via PayPal are possible up to CHF 200.–. Larger amounts can only be transferred to Swiss bank accounts.
• Payments to foreign bank accounts are not possible.

Why these changes?

These adjustments are necessary to comply with FINMA’s regulatory requirements. At the same time, they enhance security for all users and ensure a clear framework for payouts.

What does that mean for you?

For you, almost everything will remain the same: You can still have your cashback paid out starting at CHF 20.–. The only important thing is that, going forward, payments may only be made to an account in your own name.
